1. Acceptance of Terms

win786 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such rejection. Registration of duplicate accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Where win786 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts other than the first-registered account will be closed and any balances therein forfeited.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

win786 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. Submission and approval of KYC documentation is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from a win786 Account.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of the front and reverse side of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement showing the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number registered in the User's name).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on win786 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win786 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to the User's Account promptly upon receipt and confirmation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. win786 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• win786 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 hours depending on banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• win786 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Third-party fees (such as those imposed by banks or payment networks) are beyond win786's control and are not the responsibility of win786.
• win786 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where withdrawal amounts exceed standard daily limits or where account activity triggers automated risk review.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Facilitating, enabling, or assisting any minor (person under 21) in accessing or using win786.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win786 support staff in any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

win786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where win786 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is imminently likely to occur. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the User, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in full.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting win786 customer support. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, win786 will process any outstanding Real Money Balance (subject to KYC verification) and close the Account within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are not payable upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

• Cool-Off Periods — Voluntary temporary suspension of 24 hours to 90 days. Account is inaccessible for gaming during the cool-off period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Irrevocably close the Account for gaming purposes. Real Money Balance is paid out. This action cannot be reversed.

12. Limitation of Liability

win786 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and events beyond win786's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of services. win786 shall have no liability to Users for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content published on or within the win786 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the property of win786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the win786 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
